National flags on T mainsails

As voted by the majority of the ITA members, the new mainsails will be identified according to Appendix D.

Committee elections will take place every 2 years (not yearly) at the AGM and according to the constitution.

The final wording for both questions will come after the ISAF’s approval in the next days.
