2023 Annual General Meeting – Notice

The AGM of the International Tornado Class Association will be held on Monday the 21st of August at 19.30CET (19.30 local time) at the venue of the Yacht Club of Centro Vela Dervio.

The agenda will be as follows

2. Approval of the minutes of the last AGM
3. President’s Report
4. Treasurer’s Report
5. Events and class promotion in 2023-24
6. Election of Auditors
7. Retirement of Officers and Committee Members
8. The 2023 Committee
9. Any other business

Any motion other than those set out above shall be sent in writing by the proposer and seconder (both being full members of the ITA) to the Class Association Secretary secretary@tornado-class.org

Motions should be received no later than 2 days before the AGM date.
